8bet Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to 8bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you and 8bet ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") regarding your use of the 8bet website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 8bet-khelo.com. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 8bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

8bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform built specifically for Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform offers live cricket betting, PSL betting, casino games including Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Andar Bahar, Crash Games, and live score services.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity or dispute about their meaning, the plain meaning of the English text as it would be understood by a reasonable Pakistani reader shall apply. If you have questions about any clause, contact 8bet support before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 8bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8bet strictly prohibits minors from opening accounts or using any of its services. Age is verified during the KYC process using your valid Pakistani CNIC.
• You must be a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to individual users.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised holder of the payment account(s) you use to deposit and withdraw at 8bet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank accounts, debit/credit cards).
• You must not be employed by 8bet, any of its affiliated companies, its technology providers, or its payment processing partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — i.e. you must not be under any legal or mental incapacity that prevents you from understanding or agreeing to these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including a self-exclusion you have previously requested with 8bet.

3. Accounts & KYC Verification

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account at 8bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms. 8bet uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended immediately, and any balances associated with those accounts may be voided pending investigation.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

8bet is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any time if there is a compliance reason to do so. The KYC process at 8bet typically requires:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides)
• Proof of ownership of your primary payment method (e.g. a screenshot of your Easypaisa account showing your registered number)
• In some cases, a recent selfie holding your CNIC may be requested

KYC documents are reviewed by 8bet's Trust & Safety team. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal requests may be held. 8bet will not share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bet login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 8bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or SMS. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately. 8bet is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

8bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign currency accounts or international wire transfers are accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit. You cannot deposit via Easypaisa and withdraw to a bank account unless you have verified both methods through KYC.
• 8bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside 8bet's control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• 8bet reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification on any withdrawal request before processing, regardless of prior KYC status.
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits may apply depending on your account level and the payment method used. Contact support for your specific limits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8bet offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, seasonal offers (Eid, PSL, Independence Day), cashback promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and the general bonus rules below.

Wagering Requirements

Most 8bet bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a "10× wagering requirement" on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for the bonus (typically 7–30 days). Unmet requirements expire along with the bonus balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Casino games vary — check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• Bets placed using a bonus that are voided (e.g. due to a match abandonment) do not count towards wagering requirements.
• 8bet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of technical errors.

Welcome Bonus

New 8bet accounts are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. Minimum deposit to qualify is Rs 500. The bonus carries a standard wagering requirement as specified at the time of offer. The welcome bonus may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Sports Betting Rules

This section applies to all sports betting at 8bet, including cricket, PSL, and any other sports markets offered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation from 8bet and the bet appears in your betting history. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid. 8bet reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed issue, even if an on-screen confirmation was generated.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at 8bet update in near real time. Odds can change significantly within seconds. 8bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — during a wicket, during injury time, or for any operational reason. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be void. The final state of the market at the moment your bet request is received determines the odds applied.

Abandoned & Rescheduled Matches

• If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (typically 5 overs per side in T20, 20 overs in ODI), all pre-match bets are void and stakes returned.
• If a match is reduced by weather and a DLS result is applied, main market bets are settled based on the DLS outcome.
• Matches postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours are generally settled on the rescheduled date. Matches postponed beyond 48 hours are typically void.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet across most 8bet sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum single-bet limits vary by sport, market, and match. 8bet reserves the right to set individual player betting limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts displaying unusual betting patterns.

7. Casino & Live Game Rules

8bet's casino section includes live dealer games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar), Crash Games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and others), and additional table and instant-win titles. The following rules apply across all casino games at 8bet.

Game Fairness

All Crash Games at 8bet use provably fair algorithms — the crash point for each round is cryptographically determined and committed to before any bets are placed. Players can verify any round's result using the seed hash and verification tool provided in the game history. Live dealer games use physical cards, professional dealers, and certified shuffle procedures. 8bet does not manipulate game outcomes.

Technical Failures

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on 8bet's servers before the round is completed, the round will be voided and your stake returned to your wallet. If the failure occurs after the round result has been determined by the game engine, the result stands regardless of display issues on your end. If you experience a disconnection mid-round in a Crash Game and you had an active auto cash-out set, the auto cash-out will execute normally if the target was reached before the crash. If no auto cash-out was set and the crash occurred during your disconnection, the round is settled as a loss.

Minimum & Maximum Bets

Casino game bet limits vary by title. Crash Games accept bets from Rs 100. Live dealer tables start from Rs 100 up to Rs 500,000 per hand depending on the table. Game-specific limits are displayed within each game interface.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

By using 8bet, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting others to open accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with 8bet in a non-human manner
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine betting intent
• Using 8bet to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8bet's customer support team or other users
• Attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer any part of the 8bet platform

8bet reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating this policy and to take action including suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where evidence of a breach is found.

9. Responsible Gaming

8bet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We offer every registered player access to the following self-management tools free of charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily pause betting activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — close your account indefinitely; reactivation requires a formal review process and a minimum 6-month cooling-off period
• Loss tracking — view your net gain/loss over any time period in your account history

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data you provide to 8bet (name, CNIC details, contact information, payment details) is held securely using 256-bit SSL encryption
• 8bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required
• You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account data by contacting support@8bet-khelo.com
• 8bet uses cookies and session tracking for platform functionality, fraud prevention, and analytics. Use of 8bet constitutes acceptance of this data use

11. Account Suspension & Closure

8bet's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

8bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Evidence of multiple account operation or bonus abuse
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• Suspected underage gambling

In the event of a suspension for investigation, 8bet will notify you by email. If the investigation confirms no breach, the account will be reinstated and any funds held during the period returned. If a breach is confirmed, 8bet may forfeit balances associated with the breach, depending on the nature of the violation.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 8bet account at any time by contacting support. On closure, any remaining balance after pending withdrawals have cleared will be returned to your verified payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened within 30 days. Accounts closed under self-exclusion follow the responsible gaming reactivation process outlined in Section 9.

12. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bet's liability to you in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8bet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Losses arising from connection failures, internet outages, or device-side issues beyond 8bet's control
• Losses incurred as a result of a game or betting outcome — outcomes are the product of fair random processes and are not errors
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
• Actions or charges applied by your payment provider in connection with your 8bet transactions

8bet makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

8bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and display a notice on the 8bet platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of 8bet after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using 8bet and close your account before the effective date. Your balance at that time will be returned to your verified payment method in PKR.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without formal notice.
